Mit einem Edding zeichnen wir das Motiv, welches wir aus den Kürbis schneiden wollen, direkt auf die Schale. So können wir uns später voll und ganz auf das Schnitzen konzentrieren....

Motiv schnitzen
Nachdem wir das Motiv skizziert haben, nehmen wir ein scharfes Messer und schneiden vorsichtig in den Kürbis. Dabei darf man nicht zu viel Druck ausüben, sonst zerbricht die Schale. Dies ist vor allem...

Schritt 1 / 3 - Kürbis skalpieren und aushöhlen

In einem ersten Schritt schneiden wir ca. 2 cm unterhalb des Stengels den oberen Teil des Kürbis ab. Dann nehmen wir die Eiskelle oder einen gewöhnlichen Löffel und höhlen den Kürbis aus. Das Kürbisfleisch sollte man nicht wegwerfen, sondern in einer Schale sammeln. Daraus kann man später noch eine sehr leckere Suppe kochen!
