Rosenkohl-Gratin

Schritt 1
Rosenkohl putzen
Der Rosenkohl wird sauber gemacht  und an den Unterseite kreuzweise eingeschnitten. Mit Salzwasser den Rosenkohl weich kochen und abtropfen lassen....

Hackfleisch
Dann hackt man die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch fein. In eine Pfanne etwas Öl geben und das Hackfleisch, den Knoblauch und  die Zwiebel anbraten. Das Tomatenpüree,  Wasser und die Sojasauce dazugeben u...

Auflaufform
In eine Auflaufform gibt man dann das Hackfleisch und den Rosenkohl....
Schritt 4
Mascarpone
Die  Mascarpone mit der Milch zusammen rühren, mit Pfeffer, Salz und etwas Curry würzen und über das Hackfleisch und den Rosenkohl gießen....
Schritt 5
Gratinieren
In einem vorgeheitzten Ofen ( 200°) auf der mittleren Schiene ca. 20 Minuten gratinieren. Dazu Salzkartoffeln oder Reis servieren....

Schritt 2 / 5 - Hackfleisch

Dann hackt man die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch fein.
In eine Pfanne etwas Öl geben und das Hackfleisch, den Knoblauch und  die Zwiebel anbraten.
Das Tomatenpüree,  Wasser und die Sojasauce dazugeben und ca. 15 Minuten zugedeckt köcheln. Dann mit Curry und Salz würzen.
