Vorbereitung
Zuerst die Zwiebeln kleinhacken und die Paprika in kleine Würfel schneiden....

Fleisch anbraten und die Zwieblen
Danach das Putengulasch gut von allen Seiten in der Pfanne anbraten. Wenn das Fleisch etwas Farbe genommen hat, kommen die kleingehackten Zwiebeln dazu....

Paprika, die Brühe und der Vino
Wenn die Zwiebeln glasig geworden sind, gibt man die Paprika hinzu. Kurz mitanbraten! Nun das Ganze mit der Brühe und dem Wein ablöschen und kurz aufkochen lassen. Anschließend bei mittlerer Hitze köc...

Ananas
Nach ca. 5 - 7 Minuten die Ananas hinzugeben, unterrühren und nochmals, und jetzt ordentlich, mit Curry abschmecken. Dabei verbindet sich der Curry- mit dem Ananaygeschmack am besten!...

Den Reis in Form bringen
