Die bunten Käsepralinen auf einer Platte anrichten, mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken und bis zum Servieren in den Kuehlschrank stellen....

Ist die Kaesemasse kalt, koennen wir immer ein wenig abnehmen und in die gewuenschte Form zu bringen. Da wir ja nicht nur reine Kaesepralinen wollen, bereiten wir unsere Gewuerze vor. Indem wir die verschiedene Gewuerze jeweils immer auf ein kleinen Teller geben. Wie zum Beispiel: geschnittener Schnittlauch, Rosinen, gehackte Pinienkerne, Paprikagewuerz und alles andere was einem so schmeckt.
Einfach den Kaese in den Zutaten wenden, bis es ummantelt ist.
