French Toast bzw. Armer Ritter

Zutaten vermischen
Pro Toast braucht man etwa ein kleines Hühnerei.Eier in eine Schüssel schlagen und mit etwas Milch verquirlen.Je nach Menge ein halbes bis ein Päckchen Vanillezucker dazugeben....
Schritt 2
Toastscheiben einlegen
Toastscheiben in der Eimischung ca. 1 Min. wenden bis das Weißbrot voll Ei gesogen ist....
Schritt 3
Toast braten
Etwas Fett in der Pfanne erhitzen und die Toastscheiben und die Toastscheiben darin goldbraun anbraten....
Schritt 4
French Toast nach dem Braten
Nachdem die Toasts fertig gebraten sind auf ein Küchenkrepp legen, um so etwas Fett vom Braten abzutupfen....
Schritt 5
Servieren
Den French Toast mit Nutella oder Honig servieren. Gut dazu passen auch frische, aufgeschnittene Früchte...
