Schritt 1
Glasscheibe vermessen
Zuerst nimmt man die alte Glasscheibe aus dem Rahmen und vermisst diese mit einem Lineal. Das ist nicht sonderlich schwer :D...

Schnitt einzeichnen
Die Maße überträgt man nun auf die Plexiglasscheibe welche am besten noch mit einer Schutzfolie überzogen ist. So kann man das Plexiglas zuschneiden ohne das die Scheibe selbst verkratzt....

Plexiglas zuschneiden
Bei dünnem Plexiglas (4 mm Stärke) kann man die Schnitte mit einem Cutter machen und dann das Plexiglas entlang dem Schnitt brechen. Ist das Stück welches man abbrechen muss zu kurz, kann man das P...

Bruchkanten schleifen
Nun kann man noch die Bruch- bzw. Schnittkanten mit feinem Schleifpapier glatt schleifen, so dass man sich daran nicht mehr schneiden kann. Dann kann man die Schutzfolie abziehenn und das Glas eins...

Schritt 3 / 4 - Plexiglas zuschneiden

Bei dünnem Plexiglas (4 mm Stärke) kann man die Schnitte mit einem Cutter machen und dann das Plexiglas entlang dem Schnitt brechen. Ist das Stück welches man abbrechen muss zu kurz, kann man das Plexiglas in einer Tür einklemmen und abbrechen. Mit einer Zange geht es natürlich auch, aber so erspart man sich den Weg in den Hobbykeller.
