Hefeteig
Die Butter wird in der lauwarmen Milch aufgelöst. Dann wird mit den anderen Zutaten zusammen ein Hefeteig gemacht....
Schritt 2
gehen lassen
Abgedeckt mit einem Geschirrtuch lässt man den Teig ungefähr eine Stunde an einem warmen Ort gehen....
Schritt 3
Nonnevotte
Jetzt werden aus dem Teig 8-10 Rollen geformt. Jede Rolle schlingt man zu einem Knoten. Diese lässt man erneut ca. eine halbe Stunde unter dem Tuch gehen....
Schritt 4
Pflanzenöl
Das Pflanzenöl wird in einem Topf auf ca. 180 Grad erhitzt....
Schritt 5
Backen
Nun werden die "Nonnevotte" in dem Fett gebacken, bis sie goldgelb sind (ca. 3-4 Minuten)....
