Diese machen ebenfalls den typischen Geschmack aus....

Warmen Wrap belegen
Zuerst habe ich den leicht angewärmten Wrap mit Creme fraiche bestrichen, dann den grünen Salat darauf, das Fleisch, all die anderen Zutaten und auch nicht zu vergessen, die Curry-Sauce. Aber Achtung...

Einkaufsliste

Werkzeug:
  • 1 Pfanne,
  • 1 Backofen (ODER auch Pfanne ODER Toaster) zum Warmmachen der Wraps
Material:
  • 1 Packung Wraps oder Weizentortilla (gibts in allen Supermärkten)
  • ca. 400 gr Hackfleich (ich nehme am liebsten Rindfleisch)
  • 1 große Zwiebel
  • 1 Becher Créme Fraiche
  • 1 Sauce am besten Curry-Sauce (von Kraft z.B.), Curry-Ketchup tut's auch
  • 1 Dose Mais
  • 1 St. Paprika
  • 1/2 Kopf Salat (oder auch Fertigsalat)
  • 2 St. Tomaten
  • 1 Dose rote Bohnen
  • Salat-Zutaten nach Belieben
  • etwas Pfeffer und Salz

Muss folgenden Tipp ergänzen: Die Tortillas in Alufolie einrollen (bloß nicht einfach so in den Ofen legen!). Die Alufolie bewirkt, dass die Tortillas weich bleiben und nicht knusprig werden. Knusprige Tortillas kann man für das Rollen nachher nicht gebrauchen!
Außerdem bleiben die Tortillas in der Folie während des Essens auf dem Tisch schön warm.
