Der Broccoli
Nachdem die Suppe 20 Minuten geköchelt hat, gibt man dann die ebenfalls gewaschenen Broccoliröschen in die Suppe und vermengt wieder Alles. Das hat den Zweck, dass der Broccoli nicht vollkommen zerkoc...

Pürieren
Jetzt gibt man die 100 ml Milch (ich habe hier eine laktosefreie Milch verwendet) hinzu und püriert die Suppe mit dem Pürierstab bis sie schön sämig ist....

Verfeinerung
Um die Sämigkeit und den Geschmack noch ein wenig zu verfeinern, habe ich im Anschluß noch 3 TL Kräuterfrischkäse hinzugegeben und das Ganze nochmals kräftig verrührt....

Würzen, Hackfleisch und fertig!
Am Ende kann man die Suppe je nach persönlichem Geschmack würzen. Danach muss man nur noch das Hackfleisch dazu geben und nochmal umrühren. Wem das immer noch zu wenig Substanz sein sollte, kann auch ...

Am Ende kann man die Suppe je nach persönlichem Geschmack würzen. Danach muss man nur noch das Hackfleisch dazu geben und nochmal umrühren. Wem das immer noch zu wenig Substanz sein sollte, kann auch noch ein paar gekochte Kartoffeln hineingeben.

Dann ist die Suppe auch schon fertig! Ich wünsche einen 'Guten Appetit' und viel Spaß beim Nachkochen!

  • 1 Stk. Blumenkohl
  • 1 Stk. grosses Broccolistück (übliche Handelsgröße im Supermarkt)
  • 1 Stk. grosse Zwiebel
  • 5 Stk. mittlere Karotten
  • 500 g gemischtes Hackfleisch
  • diverse Kräuter und Gewürze insb. Currypulver
  • 125 ml Gemüsebrühe
  • 100 ml Milch (hier war's laktosefreie)
  • 3 TL Kräuterfrischkäse
