Süße Oktoberfest-Brezel

Zuerst sollte man die Zutaten vorbereiten. Man braucht eine Packung Brezel und Zuckerstreusel sowie reichlich Kuvertüre (400g), die man in einem Topf (auf dem Herd) oder in einem Schokofondue schmilzt...

Brezel eintauchen
Nachdem die Kuvertüre im Topf komplett geschmolzen ist, taucht man die Brezel in die Kuvertüre vollständig ein. Mit einer Gabel kann man diese dann wieder herausnehmen und auf ein vorbereitetes Backbl...

Zuckerstreusel aufriesel
Nachdem man die Brezel mit Kuvertüre überzogen hat, sollte man diese auf ein Backblech legen, welches mit Backpapier abgedeckt ist. Sonst kleben die süßen Oktoberfest-Brezel nachher alle am Blech fest...

Schritt 2 / 3 - Brezel eintauchen

Nachdem die Kuvertüre im Topf komplett geschmolzen ist, taucht man die Brezel in die Kuvertüre vollständig ein. Mit einer Gabel kann man diese dann wieder herausnehmen und auf ein vorbereitetes Backblech legen. Allerdings sollte man die Kuvertüre geduldig abtropfen lassen, denn die Löcher in der Brezel sollte auch nachher noch sichtbar sein. Also wenn die Brezel so aussieht wie auf dem dritten Bild dann war man zu ungeduldig. Denn Süß Ding will Weile haben :D
