Schritt 5 / 7 - Möhren und Zwiebeln anbraten

Nun die Zwiebeln mit den Möhren in etwas Öl dünsten und anbraten (ca. 15 Minuten lang).
Als Gewürz eignet sich sehr gut Salbei, außerdem Pfeffer und Salz und etwas Knoblauchsalz dazugeben. Ich habe hier auch noch ein paar Kerne dazugegeben (Pinien- und Sonnenblumenkerne).

Mit Öl oder Tomatenpesto die Möhren nun noch gut durchmischen.
Diese Masse nun einfach unter die Linsen mischen und anrichten. Guten Appetit!

  • 4-8 Möhren
  • 1 Dose Mais
  • 2 große Zwiebeln
  • etwas Brühe (Pulver)
  • Gewürze Salz, Pfeffer, Salbei (gemahlen), Knoblauch
  • etwas Öl
  • 3 EL rotes Pesto
