Rote-Linsen-Möhren-Eintopf

Die Linsen vor dem Kochen gut waschen....
Schritt 2
Linsen in Gemüsebrühe köcheln
Nun werden sie in der doppelten Menge Gemüsebrühe oder Salzwasser 8-10 Minuten gegart....

Schneiden
Während die Linsen köcheln, die übrigen Zutaten parat legen und vorbereiten. Die Zwiebeln und Möhren klein schneiden....

Fertige Linsen
So sehen die fast fertigen Linsen aus....

Möhren und Zwiebeln anbraten
Nun die Zwiebeln mit den Möhren in etwas Öl dünsten und anbraten (ca. 15 Minuten lang). Als Gewürz eignet sich sehr gut Salbei, außerdem Pfeffer und Salz und etwas Knoblauchsalz dazugeben. Ich habe ...

Hier stelle ich Euch eine Eigenkreation von mir vor: Rote-Linsen-Möhren-Eintopf.
Zwiebeln, Mais, Salbei, rotes Pesto und Gewürze tun ihr Übriges dazu für einen super Geschmack.

Dieses Gericht ist gesund, preiswert und fleischlos.
Es eignet sich als Hauptgericht oder auch als Beilage z.B. zu kräftigem Fleisch wie Lamm oder Rind.

Linsen sind zwar ein typisches Wintergericht, aber ich esse sie auch gerne im Sommer. Einfrieren lässt sich der EIntopf super, ich koche immer gleich 500gr (eine ganze Tüte Linsen...). Einfach lecker.

  • 2 große Zwiebeln
