Zuerst gibt man 2,5 dl. Wasser in einen Topf mit 100 Gramm Butter und 1 Teelöffel Salz, dann langsam zum Kochen bringen, bis die Butter geschmolzen ist....

Jetzt fügt man Teig 1 zu Teig 2 . Hierzu kommen noch 200 Gramm Rosinen, 100 Gramm Orangeat und 100 Gramm gemahlene Mandeln. Mischt dies alles gut zusammen ( am Besten mit der Hand)....

Für Teig 2 rührt man zuerst in einer Schüssel 200 Gramm weiche Butter mit 100 Gramm Zucker, 1 Tütchen Vanillezucker und 1 Teelöffel Salz cremig. Dann rührt man 1 Mandelaroma, 1 Zitronenaroma, 1 Messerspitze Muskatnuss, 1 Ei und 1 Eigelb und 400 Gramm Mehl - vermischt mit 1,5 Tüten Backpulver - unter die cremige Butter.
