Zuerst gibt man 2,5 dl. Wasser in einen Topf mit 100 Gramm Butter und 1 Teelöffel Salz, dann langsam zum Kochen bringen, bis die Butter geschmolzen ist....

Dann fügt man 125 gr. Mehl dazu und rührt mit einem Kochlöffel solange bis der Inhalt sich vom Topfboden löst. Dann wird der Topf von der Kochstelle genommen....

Jetzt fügt man Teig 1 zu Teig 2 . Hierzu kommen noch 200 Gramm Rosinen, 100 Gramm Orangeat und 100 Gramm gemahlene Mandeln. Mischt dies alles gut zusammen ( am Besten mit der Hand)....

Schritt 3 / 7 - Eier

Jetzt gibt man nacheinander 3 Eier hinzu, immer gut rühren. Zum Schluss noch 25 Gramm Zucker und man rührt solange bis man einen glatten und glasigen Teig hat. Diesen Teig 1 stellt man erst mal zur Seite und dann kommt jetzt Teig 2.
