Ich habe, in diesem Fall ,den größten Teil der Birnen mit dem Purierstab zerkleinert, weil das Obst etwas fester ist als z.B. Erdbeeren und die Birnenmarmelade auf meinem Toastbrot nicht nur aus ein p...

Créme de péches oder Amaretto
Jetzt ,wenn die Marmelade fertig gekocht ist,fügt man die 6-8 Eßlöffel Pfirsichlikör oder Amaretto zu....

  • 1 Kochlöffel,
  • 1 Suppenlöffel zum Füllen der Gläser,
  • 4-5 Marmeladengläser
Material:
  • 1 kg Birnen
  • 500 gr Gelierzucker 3-1
  • 50-75 ml Zitonensaft - ca 3 Zitronen
  • 500 ml Apfelsaft
  • 6-8 El. Pfirsichlikör oder Amaretto
