Dann püriert man die Früchte mit dem Pürierstab. Zum verdünnen nimmt man das Eiswasser, während man die Früchte püriert. So wird der Smoothie zugleich schön kalt und ist umso erfrischender....

Übersicht - Smoothie

Einen Smoothie kann man ganz einfach selbermachen. Eigentlich handelt es sich dabei lediglich um verdünnte, pürierte Früchte und anstatt Erdbeeren kann man auch jede andere Frucht nehmen z.B. Bananen, Mangos, Ananas oder Pfirsiche. Das beste an Smoothies ist, dass sie nicht nur lecker sondern auch ebenso gesund sind.
