Leckere Vanille-Creme

Schritt 1
Eigelb abtrennen
Zunächst müssen wir das Eiweiß vom Eigelb trennen. Letzteres geben wir dann in eine große Schüssel. Für 4 Portionen Vanille-Creme benötigen wir 6 Eier....
Schritt 2
Zucker einrühren
In das Eigelb rühren wir nun 500gr Zucker ein bis die Masse versteift....
Schritt 3
Vanillin hinzugeben
Um der Creme Geschmack zu verleihen, geben wir unter ständigem Rühren Vanillin hinzu. Hier sollte man durchaus etwas länger umrühren, so dass sich das Aroma gleichmäßig verteilen und entfalten kann....
Schritt 4
Milch hinzugießen
Nun lockern wir die Masse noch mit etwas Milch auf und rühren wiederum kräftig bis alles bestens vermischt ist....
Schritt 5
Creme erhitzen
Nun geben wir die Masse in einen Topf und erhitzen Sie kurz. Wie zuvor wird dabei kräftig gerührt....
