Die Seelachsfilets werden in eine Auflaufform gegeben und noch mit Zitronenpfeffer und Salz gewürzt. Der Spinat wird dann auf den Filetstücken verteilt und zum Schluss mit dem geriebenen Käse bestreut...

Schritt 1 / 2 - Spinat und Käse vorbereiten

Zu Beginn wird der Schafskäse mit einer Gabel auf einem Teller zerkleinert. Der Edamer wird fein gerieben oder geschnitten. Dann wird der Spinat in einen Topf oder eine Schüssel gegeben und mit dem Schafskäse vermengt. Anschließend wird dieser mit Zitronenpfeffer, Salz und Muskat abgeschmeckt. Statt des Zitronenpfeffers kann alternativ auch gewöhnlicher Pfeffer verwendet werden.
