Kassler-Lachs in Weißwein gedünstet

Kassler
Das Fleisch wird im Weißwein ca. 40 Minuten gedünstet (nicht kochen lassen). Danach lässt man das Kassler im Wein abkühlen....
Schritt 2
Gemüse schneiden
Das Gemüse wird gewaschen und der Lauch in Ringe und die Paprika in Stücke geschnitten....
Schritt 3
Gemüse dünsten
Zuerst werden die Lauchringe und die Paprikastücke in Butter gebraten....
Schritt 4
Champignons
Mit einem Eierschneider schneidet man die Champignons. Diese gibt man dann dem gebratenen Gemüse zu....
Schritt 5
Tomatenpuree
Das Gemüse wird jetzt mit Mehl bestaubt. Dann gibt man das Tomatenpuree und den Wein zu (in dem  das Fleisch gedünstet wurde). Unter ständigem Rühren lässt man das Gemüse dann kochen. Mit Salz, P...

Das hört sich aber lecker an. Erstmal 4*, wenn ich's nachgekocht habe und es auch so schmeckt, gibt es den 5. dazu

Beim Metzger bestellt man ein schönes Stück - ca. 1 kg - rohes<strong> Kassler-Lachs</strong>.<br />
