Wenn man den  Hustensaft  in ein Glas mit Deckel abfüll und verschliesst, kann man ihn ca. 3 Tage aufbewahren. Man nimmt 4-5 mal täglich einen Kaffeelöffel Hustensaft und der Schleim  löst sich und...

Schritt 3 / 3 - Hustensaft à la Mama

Wenn man den  Hustensaft  in ein Glas mit Deckel abfüll und verschliesst, kann man ihn ca. 3 Tage aufbewahren.

Man nimmt 4-5 mal täglich einen Kaffeelöffel Hustensaft und der Schleim  löst sich und der Husten verschwindet.

Man kann natürlich auch jeden Tag frischen Hustensaft von nur einer Zwiebel machen und eventuell noch etwas Honig zugeben.

Gerade jetzt ist die Gefahr einer Erkältung groß.<br />
