Wenn man den  Hustensaft  in ein Glas mit Deckel abfüll und verschliesst, kann man ihn ca. 3 Tage aufbewahren. Man nimmt 4-5 mal täglich einen Kaffeelöffel Hustensaft und der Schleim  löst sich und...

Schritt 1 / 3 - Zwiebel und Zucker

Zuerst nimmt man ein Marmeladeglas mit Deckel.
Eine klein geschnittene Zwiebel und 3 Eßlöffel braunen Zucker reingeben.
Deckel drauf und kurz schütteln.
Dann lässt man das Ganze 3 Stunden oder über Nacht im Kühlschrank stehen und wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann, bildet sich ein Zwiebelsirup.

Gerade jetzt ist die Gefahr einer Erkältung groß.<br />
Um dann nicht <strong>Hustensaft </strong>mit Chemie zu nehmen , habe ich  zu einem Hausmittelchen gegriffen, so wie unsere Omas das früher auch gemacht haben.<br />
