Wir nehmen den Granatapfel zur Hand und schneiden erst mal den Bluetenansatz kegelfoermig raus und schneiden die Frucht dann in der Mitte durch, so dass wir nen halbierten Granatapfel haben. Aus einer Haelfte huellen wir die die Kerne aus und die andere Haelfte pressen wir aus. Den Saft mischen wir mit den Kernen sowie auch Apfelesseig, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Olivenoel.
