Schritt 4 / 4 - Forelle braten

In der Pfanne wird dann alles noch einmal kurz erwärmt und schließlich auf einem Tellern angerichtet. Die Forelle wird dann kurz (max. 5 Minuten) in etwas Öl und Butter auf der Hautseite gebraten. Thymian kann man für einen würzigeren Geschmack dazugeben. Dann den Fisch zusammen mit dem Sauerampfer servieren und bei Bedarf noch zusätzlich mit etwas Olivenöl marinieren. Guten Appetit!
