Das Grüne von den Erdbeeren entfernen und die Erdbeeren waschen....

Die Erdbeeren in Stücke schneiden und in die Gläser geben, sodass das untere Viertel des Glases gefüllt ist....

Sekt dazu
Nun die Sektgläser etwa bis zur Hälfte oder zwei Dritteln mit Sekt auffüllen....

Ziehen lassen
Den Erdbeersekt mindestens 10 bis 15 Minuten durchziehen lassen. Je länger es durchzieht, desto erdbeeriger schmeckt der Sekt und desto sektiger schmecken die Erdbeeren. :-)...
