Caipirinha

Schritt 1
Limetten vierteln und zuckern
Die Limetten werden mit dem Messer geviertelt und jeweils vier Viertel in ein Glas gegeben. Über die Limetten werden je Glas (und je nach Geschmack) ein bis zwei Teelöffel brauner Zucker gegeben....
Schritt 2
Limetten zerdrücken
Mit dem Mörser werden die Limettenviertel in den Gläsern zerdrückt. Das presst den Saft aus den Limetten und vermengt ihn mit dem Zucker....
Schritt 3
Gläser mit Eis füllen
Nun wird Eis zerstoßen. Dazu gibt man reichlich Eiswürfel in den Icecrusher und zerstößt das Eis in kleine Stücke. Für fünf Gläser werden etwa eine bis eineinhalb Schalen eines handelsüblichen Icecrus...
Schritt 4
Cachaca und Limettensaft eingießen
Nun werden je Glas 4 cl Cachaca eingegossen. Dazu kommen 4 cl Limettensaft in jedes Glas....
Schritt 5
Strohhalme dazugeben
Nun wird noch ein Strohhalm in jedes Glas gesteckt, damit ein klein wenig umgerührt, und dann kann der Caiprinha serviert werden. Viel Spaß!...

Wir zeigen euch wie man Caipirinha macht! Caipirinha ist ein alokholhaltiger(!) Cocktail, der ursprünglich aus Brasilien kommt und heutzutage schon fast der Standardcokctail hierzulande ist.

Im wesentlichen basiert der Caipirinha auf Cachaca, einem Zuckerrohrschnaps, den man in der Regel im Supermarkt bekommen kann.

Unsere Anleitung gilt für 5 Gläser.
