Die Algenbasis
Jetzt rollt man die Sushimatte aus und verteilt dort das Nori(die glitzernde Seite nach unten). Auf ungefähr drei Viertel der mit Nori bedeckten Fläche  wird Reis gegeben. ...

In die Mitte des Reis platziert man einen Stab. Auf beiden Seiten des Stabs häuft man zusätzlichen reis an. Dann wird der Stab durch einen Käsestab ersetzen....

Wieder ein bisschen Nori nehmen und es auf den reis tun. Das Nori pressen, um die Form eines Ms zu schaffen....
