In der indonesischen Küche findet man indische, chinesische und holländische Elemente wieder. Ich habe hier eine einfache Variation gekocht, aber trotzdem gaaaaaaaaaaanz lecker. Man kann natürlich noch verschiedene Beilagen dazu reichen, wie Kroepoek (Krabbenchips), gebackene Bananenhälften, Satéspieße mit Erdnusssoße, Spiegelei usw.
