Zwiebeln schneiden wie die Profis

Zwiebel hälfteln
Die Zwiebel in zwei Hälften schneiden, denn sonst rollt sie beim schneiden weg....
Schritt 3
Querschnitte in die Zwiebelhälfte
Nun macht man nebeneinander einige Schnitte in die Zwiebel, achtet aber darauf nicht bis zum Ende durchzuschneiden. Also am Ende ein Stück übrig lassen, das man nicht einschneidet (siehe Bild)....
Schritt 4
Schichten schneiden
Dann schneidet man zwei oder drei Schichten. Auch hier wieder nicht bis zum Ende durchziehen, sondern darauf achten, dass am Ende ein Stück Zwiebel bleibt, das nicht durchgeschnitten wird....
Schritt 5
Würfeln
Die Vorbereitungen sind getan, nun kann ganz normal von oben nach unten geschnitten werden. Durch die Schnitte die man vorher gemacht hat, kommen viele kleine Würfel dabei raus. Am Ende bleibt natürli...
Schritt 6
Ergebnis
So sehen dann die gehackten Zwiebeln aus. Eigentlich sehr einfach, aber mein Freund wusste es trotzdem nicht. :-)...
