Zopfbrot zu Ostern selber backen

Schritt 1
Hefe anrühren
Zuerst rührt man in einer Schüssel die Hefe mit lauwarmem Wasser an....
Schritt 2
Butter
Mit etwas Mehl mischt man dann die kalte Butter, Salz und Zucker bis man eine krümmelige Mischung hat. Diese Buttermischung gibt man dann zu der Hefeflüssigkeit....
Schritt 3
Ei
Jetzt kommt das zerklopfte  Ei noch zur Hefemischung und  man rührt das Ganze  zu einer homogenen Masse. Am besten geht das mit dem Mixer oder mit einem Schneebesen....
Schritt 4
Mehl sieben
Zum Schluß knetet man das gesiebte Mehl unter die Hefemischung-entweder mit der Hand oder mit dem Mixer....
Schritt 5
fertiger Teig
Den fertigen Teig jetzt mit einem feuchten Geschirrtuch abdecken und auf einem warmen Platz für ca. 30-40 Minuten gehen lassen....

  • 1 Ei zum einpinseln
