Yoga-Augensäckchen-Entspannung pur

Schritt 1
Stoff zuschneiden
Zuerst nimmt am ein Stück Stoff von ca. 20x40 cm. Den faltet man doppelt. Am besten ist ein weicher Stoff z.B. Nicki, Seide oder Baumwollstoff (altes T-Shirt)....
Schritt 2
Nähen
Den doppelt gefalteten Stoff näht man dann rundum zu, bis auf eine Öffnung von ca. 4-5 cm....
Schritt 3
Umdrehen
Das Ganze wird umgedreht....
Schritt 4
Füllen
Jetzt wird das Yoga-Augensäckchen mit Reis gefüllt. Tipp: Ein Trichter erleichtert das Füllen....
Schritt 5
Öffnung zunähen
Die Öffnung wird zugenäht - mit kleinen Stichen sonst rieselt der Reis raus - ....
