Paksoi oder Stengelkohl

Vorbereiten
Bei diesem Gemüse schneidet man nur das unterste Ende ab und wäscht es sorgfältig....

Klein schneiden
Die Blätter und die Rippen werden klein geschnitten....
Schritt 3
Knoblauch
Jetzt gibt man etwas Sonnenblumenöl in die Pfanne und brät fein geschnittenen Knoblauch an. Aufpassen, nicht zu lange anbraten. Dann gibt man das Gemüse dazu und einen halben Teelöffel Zucker....
Schritt 4
Stangenkohl
Wenn das Gemüse nach ca. 5 Minuten gar ist, schmeckt man das Ganze noch mit Salz ab. So, das war es dann auch schon. Wieder schnell, einfach und lecker!!...
