Leckerer Bananenshake

Banane schälen
Als erstes sollte man die Banane schälen. Am besten eignen sich für einen Milchshake übrigens schon bräunliche Bananen die leicht matschig sind. Sie sind nämlich besonders süß....

Bananen pürieren
Die Banane in kleineren Stücken in das Plastikgefäß geben und mit dem Pürierstab zermatschen....

Eis hinzufügen
Damit das ganze noch besser schmeckt und schön kalt ist das Eis hinzufügen und das ganze wieder mit dem Pürierstab bearbeiten....

Jetzt kommt die Milch
Milch in das Plastikgefäß einschütten. Das ganze kann nun mit einem Löffel umgerührt werden. Ich allerdings benutze lieber nochmal den Pürierstab, da die Milch dann leicht aufschäumt und der Shake noc...

Ins Glas füllen
Den Shake in das Glas füllen und einen Strohhalm rein. Wem das noch nicht genügend Kalorien sind kann bevor man den Strohhalm in das Glas tut noch eine Sahnehaube draufsprühen....

Schritt 4 / 5 - Jetzt kommt die Milch

Milch in das Plastikgefäß einschütten. Das ganze kann nun mit einem Löffel umgerührt werden. Ich allerdings benutze lieber nochmal den Pürierstab, da die Milch dann leicht aufschäumt und der Shake noch besser schmeckt.
