Milch hinzugießen
Nun lockern wir die Masse noch mit etwas Milch auf und rühren wiederum kräftig bis alles bestens vermischt ist....

Creme erhitzen
Nun geben wir die Masse in einen Topf und erhitzen Sie kurz. Wie zuvor wird dabei kräftig gerührt....

Sahne schlagen
Nun nehmen wir eine weitere Schüssel und schlagen 300gr Sahne....

Sahne und Vanille-Creme mischen
Hinzu geben wir dann die erhitzte Vanille-Creme welche mit der Sahne gemischt einfach himmlisch schmeckt. Und auch an dieser Stelle heißt es wieder einmal rühren, rühren, rühren......

Creme vor dem Verzehr kühlen
Bevor wir die Vanille-Creme genießen können, müssen wir diese noch im Kühlschrank oder Eisfach abkühlen. Dann steht dem Genuß jedoch nichts mehr im Weg. Lasst es Euch schmecken!...
