Schritt 1 / 1 - Hefezopf

Frische Hefe in dem warmen Wasser auflösen. Etwas Zucker und Mehl hinzugeben und alles verrühren. Teigansatz ca. 1,5 Stunden gehen lassen.
Anschließend das restliche Mehl, den Zucker, Sojadrink und das Öl hinzugeben und zu einem festen Teig verkneten. Diesen nochmals ca. 1,5 Stunden an einem warmen Platz gehen lassen.
Teig durchkneten und zu einem Hefezopf flechten. 
Bei 180°C Umluft etwa 25 Minuten lang backen.
