Chinesische Pfannkuchen mit Soße

Zutaten
Zuerst schneidet man die Frühlingzwiebeln in ganz feine Ringe und die Zucchini raspelt man ganz fein....
Schritt 2
Mischen
Die Frühlingszwiebeln und die Zucchini  in eine Schüssel geben.Dazu kommen noch 3 Eier und 150 Gramm Mehl.Gut vermischen....
Schritt 3
Würzen
Jetzt gibt man noch 2 Eßl. Wasser dazu und schmeckt das Ganze mit Salz und Pfeffer ab....
Schritt 4
Backen
Dann backt man von dem Zucchiniteig Pfannkuchen-Große oder Kleine-Die Soße besteht aus 2 dl. Essig und 3 dl. Sesamöl.Diese werden miteinander gut verrührt und dazu kommt dann noch eine Knoblauchzehe  ...
